MANVEL - Police could file charges against a 14-year-old Manvel teen they said crashed his father's car near an elementary school then called police to report the truck stolen from his parent's home.

Brazoria County Sheriff's deputies found the truck in front of Don Jeter Elementary School, at the intersection of CR 58 and CR 48, investigator Wade Nichols said.
