LAREDO, TX - Border protection officers arrested an Alvin man wanted in connection with an October slaying after a bus he was riding in crossed the Texas-Mexico border.
Two Alvin police officers and a Brazoria County District Attorney's investigator were waiting for Felipe Daniel Flores, 20, when he was arrested at the Juarez-Lincoln International Bridge in Laredo at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, police said.
