PORTER, TX - Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies arrested a Porter father after he allegedly left his 7-year-old son alone in a vehicle with a loaded handgun.

A deputy was dispatched to Ford Road in Porter Jan. 28 in reference to a welfare check after receiving information that a pickup truck on the road driven by a reckless driver had a small child riding without a seatbelt or safety seat.
