GALVESTON - 4 persons were rescued from a disabled boat beneath the Galveston Causeway Monday.
The 18 foot craft was listing and taking on water after it's hull was ruptured. It did not capsize as reported in some media sources.
When the Galveston Beach Patrol arrived they found the small craft tied to a post and the occupants clinging to a bridge piling.
They were taken ashore by beach patrol on jet skis.
