LAKE JACKSON - Two young boys were taken by medical helicopter to a Houston hospital with head injuries after a two-car accident Saturday afternoon that police say involved an intoxicated driver.

Police said the driver of a blue Buick the boys were riding in was slurring his speech at the scene after the accident, and he was arrested on a felony driving while intoxicated charge. His name was unavailable Saturday evening.
