The Galveston Police Dispatcher got a call there was a man walking near the Inn At The Water Park on Jones road, NAKED!  When they got there, there was Elias Charalambous, 32, drunk.  Apparently he had some clothing on because he was not charged with exposing anything. BUSTED & CUFFED.

Residents around the 5200 block of Ave. R-1/2 reported a couple of drunks walking down the street acting stupid.  When a Neighborhood Oriented Police Officer (NOPO) got there, sure enough, there was Carlos Torres Tamez, 35, "publicly intoxified'.  BUSTED & CUFFED 

Is that a Houston Astros logo?  A Galveston officer tried to stop a green '97 Plymouth swerving and driving recklessly on Broadway, and it failed to stop. When they finally got it stopped, they BUSTED & CUFFED Cindy Paola Ayala, 17, of Houston for running from police and a baggie of marijuana.
