ALVIN - The search for a new Alvin city manager is in a holding pattern as City Council works
on a new budget and evaluates the performance of the man doing the job on an interim basis.
Interested in the job as a full-time position is Terry Lucas, who was appointed to fill in on July 26 after City Manager Paul Horn announced plans to retire. Horn is serving the city as a
consultant until his retirement, which is effective Wednesday.
